2025. Xalda wool, eucalyptus leaves, brass.
A take on the traditional bell worn by sheep which explores and calls into question the relationships between autochthonous and invasive species. The clapper that produces the sound inside the bell is shaped like a eucalyptus leaf, a species foreign to Asturias, which, when worn by a Xalda sheep, a species native to Asturias, will be what makes the animal traceable.
